Description:
Provide Program/Project Management and support in RF/Defense Systems. Responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of programs/projects or sub-elements of major programs/projects. Duties include the key elements of Program/Project Management, Functional Management and Customer Relations. Must have demonstrated qualifications to plan, organize, staff, report, coordinate, control, identify/mitigate risk, and direct all phases of programs/projects from inception through completion. Candidate will coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms and conditions of contracts. Act as primary customer contact for all program/project activities. Candidate must assist in developing new business or expanding product lines with existing and new customers. Will exert influence on the overall objectives and long-range strategic goals of the organization. Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between several organizations. BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or related field. MS/MBA preferred. Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
Basic Qualifications:
BSEE, CE or engineering discipline or relevant experience with 6 - 9 years program/project management experience. Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
MS/MBA and an active Top Secret Clearance
