Electronic Systems Sector is seeking an experienced Contracts Representative to work in the Advanced Concepts and Technologies Division. The selected candidate must be able to manage a variety of contract types (i.e. CPFF, FFP, T&M) and customers (USG and commercial), and must be able to analyze contract terms and conditions and provide overall risk assessment for the program office. The candidate will be responsible for proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract administration and must be able to work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. The ability to effectively multi-task and work with management and other functional areas toward the achievement of Division and Sector objectives is essential. Familiarity with Licensing Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Proprietary Information Agreements, MOU''s, MOA's, and intellectual property terms is desired. Knowledge of Other Transactions (OTA), CRADAs, and joint development agreements is helpful.
Basic Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of two years of contracts related experience and must possess a working knowledge of FAR/DFAR procurement regulations. Educational requirements: Business related BS or BA degree required. MBA and/or JD desirable.
